Summer is officially here. Well not the best weather currently in Chicago, we can’t wait to have some heat and sunshine. With summer brings mangos, and every time I get the mango salsa from Whole foods I tell myself that I will make it next time. Finally, this year I did and I must say it turned out very refreshing.
What you need-
1 Mangos (ripe)
1 Onion (red preferable)
Chop mangos, tomatos, onions and jalepenos in small pieces and mix them in a bowl.
Season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Garnish with finely chopped cilantro.
