Green Smoothie

If you fall under the category of "No to greens".... try this before you say a No next time. This is the perfect smoothie after a workout with your whey protein.  

What you need- 
6-8 leaves of Kale 
6-8 leave of baby spinach (if using regular use less)
2-3 strawberries
1 spoon of Greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp of honey
Ice

Method-
In a blender,mix kale, spinach, strawberries, Greek yoghurt, honey and ice. 
Optional- add your whey protein. 

Serve cold.
