What you need-
6-8 leaves of Kale
6-8 leave of baby spinach (if using regular use less)
1 spoon of Greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp of honey
In a blender,mix kale, spinach, strawberries, Greek yoghurt, honey and ice.
Optional- add your whey protein.
