Cucumber Dosa

A recipe with some twist to a normal  dosa.

Ingredients:
1 cup dosa rice flour (or use dosa rice, soak and grind it)
1/2 cucumber
Green chillis
Ginger
Salt
1 tsp Oil
Yoghurt (optional)
Sesame seed

Method:
1. Grate cucumber and set aside. Don't drain the water from from the cucumber.
2. In a bowl take the dosa rice flour and add grated cucumber, green chilli, ginger, salt, oil and water.
3. Mix well and set the batter for 20-45 minutes.
4. You can add yoghurt for some tangy flavor (optional)
5. Heat pan and pour the batter to make round dosa's
6. Cook on both sides.
Sprinkle sesame seed and serve hot with chutney.
