Cucumber Raita



The perfect ingredient to cool down this summer is cucumber and nothing goes better with that than yoghurt.

Ingredients:
Cucumber
Yoghurt
Salt
Cummin powder
Cilantro

Method:
1.      Peel the skin of the cucumber and grate it
2.      Gently squeeze the excess water from the cucumber and keep aside
3.      In a bowl beat yoghurt and add little water to have the correct consistency
4.      Mix the well drained grated cucumber followed by salt and cumin powder
5.      Garnish with some cilantro

Serve it with rice or paratha.
