Carrot-tomato Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati rice
Tomato’s
Carrot
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Cummin seeds
Garam masala powder
Sambhar powder
Lemon Juice
Salt
Oil
Coriander

Method:
Soak basmati rice for about 45 minutes and cook it separately
Grate the carrot’s and chop tomato’s and onions in small pieces
In a pan add oil, cumin seeds; add grated garlic followed by onions.
Add grated carrots followed by tomatos and cook until the water from the carrots is completely evaporated.
Add garam masala powder and sambhar powder and grated ginger.
Add salt to taste and few drops of lemon juice.
Add coriander and serve hot.
