Spinach and Goat cheese pasta

Ingredients:
Penne or shells pasta (optional wheat)
Baby spinach
Balsamic vinegar
Garlic
Parmesan cheese
Goat cheese
Basil (fresh preferred)
Olive oil

Method:
1. Boil water add olive oil and salt and pasta.
2. In another pan add olive oil, saute garlic followed by baby spinach.
3. Add balsamic vinegar followed by water allowing the spinach to cook.
4. Once the pasta is boiled add the pasta in the pan consisting of spinach and balsamic vinegar.
5. Mix well, add salt and Parmesan cheese.
6. Pasta is ready garnish with basil and goat cheese.

Note: If you are not a spinach fan, use sun dried tomatoes it tastes perfect.
