Green Chutney

Ingredients:
Green Chillis
Corriander
Ginger
Mint (optional)
Lemon juice
Salt

Procedure:
1. Clean the corriander and mint leaves. Wash and keep aside.
2. Chop green chillis into halves and peel the ginger and wash.
3. In a blender, blend the green chillis, ginger, corriander and mint leaves. Add salt to taste and squeeze some lemon juice.
4. Chutney is ready- more extra spicy make sure you use more green chillis.
