Paneer Stuffed Mushroom
A simple fusion appetizer you just have to try it.
What you need-
Mushrooms
Paneer
Cheese
Onion
Garlic
Red chilli powder
Turmeric
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Amchur powder
Jeera powder
Salt
Oil
Method-
Clean the musroom with a damp cloth and remove the
stems.
Don’t throw the stems since these can be used for the
stuffing.
For the filling:
Grate paneer and set aside
In a pan heat oil, sauté onion and garlic (you can
also use onion and garlic powder)
Add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,
amchur powder, coriander powder and jeera powder and salt to taste.
Saute the finely chopped mushroom stems
Add the grated paneer and lightly cook it.
Finally transfer the mixture in a bowl, add grated
cheese and mix well.
Stuff the filling into the mushroom.
In a pan heat oil and place the stuffed mushroom’s
such that the stuffing is on the top.
Sprinkle some salt or amchur power if u prefer tangy
flavor.
Cover with the lid and cook the mushroom.
Once ready ....Serve hot.
