Veggie Puffs
A craving for mongini's veggie puff's leads to a simple and easy route of creating this tasty snack.
Ingredients:

Potato’s
½
cup green peas
Green
chilli paste
Ginger
paste
Turmeric
powder
Corriander
powder
Lemon
juice
Salt
Corriander
Oil
Pillsbury crescent rolls (frozen section in target)
Method:
- In pan heat oil, add chopped potato’s and green peas and cook completely.
- Add green chilli, ginger paste, followed by turmeric, coriander, lemon juice and salt.
- Finally when the mixture is cooked add some coriander leaves.
- Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
- Take the sheet of Pillsbury crescent roll sheets and add the stuffing mixture and roll. ( or follow the instructions on the the packaging container)
- Place all these on a baking sheet or a tray.
- Once the puffs begin to turn golden brown, remove them from the oven.
Serve
the puffs hot with green coriander chutney or ketchup.
Perfect
for a Sunday breakfast or a snack.
