Pico de Gallo Salsa
You can’t go wrong in making this one.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 4
Onions (red for some spicy flavor otherwise white) -1
Jalapeno’s 3-4 depending on desired spice level
Cilantro -1 bunch
Lime Juice -1 or 2
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut onions, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno’s to finely
chopped size.
In a bowl mix onions, tomatoes, cilantro and
jalapenos.
Add salt, lime juice.
Seal wrap the bowl tightly and refrigerate it for
couple hours before serving.
Tip - If you plan to make this way ahead of serving-
add salt and lime juice few hours before serving. Salt will draw lot of
moisture from tomatoes and onions causing it to become more watery.
Use 4:1 ratio (tomatoes: onions) depending on the
size.
Avoid storing this for more than a day.
