Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
1 -2 tsp of Sesame seeds (or tahini paste)
2-3 cloves of garlic
Few drops Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Salt

Procedure:
Mix chick peas, sesame seeds, garlic cloves lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a blender. Make sure to stir the mixture.

You can add jalapeno peppers or crushed red pepper for spicy hummus.

Serve hummus with pita or can be used to make hummus sandwich.
