Dry Paneer Tikka Appetizer



Ingredients:
Paneer cubes
Green Pepper
Tomato
Yoghurt
Few cloves of garlic
Ginger
Red chili powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Tandori masala powder
Chat masala
Lemon juice

Method:
1. Hang yogurt for about 1-2 hrs to drain excess water.
2. Add red chilli powder, tandori masala, cumin, coriander powder and salt in the yogurt and mix well
3. Grate garlic and ginger in the youghrt.
4. Add paneer cubes, green pepper pieces.
5. Keep this marinated mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour.
6. Add tomatoes just before beginning to roast.
7. In a pan add oil and roast paneer, green pepper and tomatoes. Make sure the paneer is reddish.
8. Add chat masala and some lemon juice.
9. Put paneer followed by green pepper, tomatoes and another piece of paneer in a toothpick to serve.

Tried it last night ..turned out awesome, all my guests loved the paneer!
