Veggie wraps in minutes
Wraps is just another form of having chapatti/paratha and veggies.With some basic ingredients you can make a healthy dish in minutes.
What do you need?
Tortilla (Wheat or corn your choice)
Onions - 1 small
Ginger - 1/4 tsp
Green Chillies -1
Spinach - 6-8 leaves
Carrots - 1
Potato - 2
Paneer - 4-5 cubes
Corriander - few leaves
Corriander power - 1tsp
Red chilli - according to taste preference
Garam masala - according to taste preference
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
In pan heat oil, add onions and saute add chopped ginger and green chillies followed by chopped green pepper, spinach, grated carrots, mushrooms, mashed potato,grated panner.
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, lemon juice and coriander.
Mix well and set aside
Take a tortialla and spread some butter followed by green chutney, garlic chutney and add the veggie mixture.
